What we collect
The words or voice recording you give us, the choices you make (occasion, language, paper, pen, tone), the letter we produce for you, and payment records from our payment partner. If you choose to sign in, we also store the mobile number or email you verify.
We do not ask for your age, address, gender, identity documents or contacts. Please don't put passwords, bank details, identity numbers or anything similar into a letter — nothing about writing a letter requires them.
What we do with it
We use your input for one thing: producing the letter you asked for, and letting you get back to it afterwards. Payment data is used to confirm your purchase and issue credits.
What we never do
We do not use your letters to train models. We do not sell your content. We do not publish or display your letters, and we never show a user's letter publicly without their explicit, separate consent. Every example on this site is fictional, written by us.
Storage and deletion
Letters that are generated but never purchased are deleted automatically after a short retention window. Purchased letters are kept so you can download them again, and you can delete any of your letters at any time. Ask us and we'll delete everything associated with you.
Who else sees it
A small number of processors make the service work: our hosting and database provider, our speech and text processing provider, and our payment gateway. They receive only what is needed to do their part, and are bound by their own contractual obligations. Our internal dashboards show counts and settings, not letter content.
Analytics
We record which steps people complete — a letter was started, a language was picked, a payment succeeded — so we can fix what's broken. Letter text is never sent to any analytics system.
