If we can't produce your letter
If your payment succeeds but the letter cannot be produced because of a technical failure on our side, we will regenerate it for you or issue a refund or credit, whichever you prefer.
Once a letter is delivered
Once a digital letter has been successfully generated and delivered or downloaded, refunds may be restricted, except where required by applicable law. This is why we show you a preview of your actual letter before you pay — please read it carefully.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, write to us and we will investigate and refund or adjust the duplicate amount.
Failed payments
A failed or cancelled payment never consumes a credit. Credits are added only after the payment is confirmed on our side.
Credits
Unused credits from the three-letter pack remain on your account. They are not exchangeable for cash.
