What the service is
Love Like Before is a creative entertainment and personal-expression service. It helps users transform their own ideas, messages or voice inputs into nostalgic handwritten-style digital letters.
Your content, your responsibility
You retain responsibility for the content you submit.
You confirm that you have the right to use any names, photographs, text or other material you provide.
You must not upload or submit material that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property rights or applicable law.
Review before you buy
Users are responsible for reviewing the generated letter before purchasing or sharing it. Generated content may contain errors, omissions or unintended wording, and we do not guarantee that the wording will perfectly reflect your intended meaning, emotions, memories or relationship.
What we don't promise
We do not guarantee the response, reaction or outcome resulting from a letter being sent to another person. A letter is a letter, not a result.
Acceptable use
Letters are for personal expression. They may not be used for threats, harassment, impersonation, fraud, blackmail, sexually exploitative content, illegal content or targeted abuse. The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We refuse requests that fall into these categories, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt them.
Purchases and credits
A single letter costs ₹49. A three-letter pack costs ₹99 and is stored as three credits on your account; each completed letter download uses one credit. Credits are tied to the purchasing account and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Ownership
The letter we produce for you is yours to keep, print, send and display personally. The Love Like Before name, logo, paper designs and handwriting styles remain ours. Commercial use of a letter needs our written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
